Nice Little Gift I purchased one of these previously for another couple and loved it. This will be for a wedding shower. I ordered the box which was a bit disappointing for the cost and I could not open it to see the actual item. I hope it has the free pouch as the box is nothing to keep.

Beautiful and price it right. It's just the shipping charges that get you. Otherwise I would have rated it a 5. It is a little smaller than what I anticipated, but it sized as indicated in the description. Love it.

Wedding Ornament I just absolutely loved this product and when I ordered it for a gift, well I'm not gonna lie.. I had my fingers crossed it makes it there in 1 piece. Well it did!!!! The couple absolutely loved it and seeing the pictures they sent me probably doesn't even do it justice. It was just what I was looking for! Will definitely be buying again from this site!!

Beautiful finish but bent The ornament I ordered turned out beautifully!! The photo and the print were very clear. The ornament however was bent/warped slightly. I also ordered a gift box. It was a little beat up & I had to tape the corners back together.

Nice gift idea I had this item remade so a couple tips. Be sure you put in zeros for each space (so 08/08/2008 or it will not be centered and won't look right. I'd also make sure you use a bright and clear photo as it comes out a little darker than I'd hoped for. Overall, a nice gift and the remade ornament with all the zeros was centered more evenly. Wish the photo was a little brighter but that may be my photo choice. Overall for the price it is a nice gift.

Great job, when done right! This ornament was beautiful and just as I'd expected. I'd have given 5 stars but it took extra time and a 2nd try to get it right. THAT was disappointing. This is the 2nd ornament in 2 months to arrive with the graphics and personalization clearly not OK. (They arrived with names/dates/pictures off center from the image I verified at the time of ordering.) My recommendation is to order early and CHECK YOUR ORDER immediately upon delivery in order to have things correct and on time for a certain event. They were great to provide a re-do and resend with a more rapid turn around, but still... They were NOT done right on time. It would have been BEST (and less time, expense and hassle for all) to have the quality CHECKED at the time of production... and done right the first time.

When I compare the two, it looks like the first one I was sent moved a little in the printing because even the words look like there is a shadow behind them, where the second one does not have that. Beautiful! By Shopper (San Marcos, TX) - December 27, 2018 I got the glossy finish and it was a Christmas gift for someone. It was beautiful and well made, the only minor issue I had was that the photo was slightlyyy blurry - not as clear as the photo itself. Not so blurry that it looked bad, just a small tad fuzzy. My newly-wed cousin in law absolutely LOVES it and posted it all over her social medias saying “there’s never been a more beautiful thing”. Very happy with this purchase!!

nice ornament The ornament is an adorable remembrance of the day my son got engaged however, the writing on the back of the ornament was a bit off kilter.

A beautiful addition to the tree! I love the way this ornament turned out. The finish is beautiful in matte and the overall quality of the photo is great. The only thing I suggest is the photo I used had a lot of darker colors so when the light hits it, it almost looks faded because it is matte not glossy but that was just with my choice of photo so I suggest using a well lighted photo with brighter colors. But it is beyond beautiful if I didn’t already have it wrapped up I would have submitted a photo!

Nice gift. A little expensive. I am very happy with the ornament I made/received. I had read some negative reviews prior to ordering, so I almost didn't proceed. However, I had no issues. It looks just as I submitted, and arrived in a timely manner. It seems a little pricey, especially with the shipping fees tacked on, but it turned out nice and I am pleased with it.

Letters a but small and not placed on two lines the the sample preview showed In my sample preview before placing the order, it showed the text onto two different lines but when I receive the text, it was only on one line, and it appeared very small for the size of the ornament but a great job on the picture on the back

good and bad By Shopper (Mechanicsville, VA) - December 13, 2020 I ordered this ornament and four others in the 4" matte, and I have FINALLY received ONE... it is a very pretty, the picture was good and clear. I would order this again, BUT and the reason I only gave it 3 stars was bc of the shipping. When ordering it said ships in 1-4 days, didn't, but to give 6-10 days to arrive, hasn't. And I paid shipping cost for ea one. I have been following the tracking number(S) for 13 days. They could have stuck them in the mailbox and I would have already gotten them. This OSM Worldwide is for the birds. I live in VA and I think they started in IL, it goes to KS to MO, another one was in AZ to AR. This is just crazy. These decorations are very nice, but don't order them in the month of December if you want them before/ or for Christmas bc there is no guarantee that you will get them. JUST STICK THEM IN THE NEAREST POSTAL BOX AND LET THEM DELIVER. It would save some time and save on the shipping cost.

Not exactly what I ordered By Shopper (Garden Grove, CA) - December 2, 2019 Nice idea, but they zoomed further than the order I placed. If you order, zoom out more than you want maybe they will get it right. I made the mistake of putting exactly where I wanted it an in reality should have zoomed out because my photos on the ornaments I ordered seem too big for the ornaments.

It was only half right By Shopper (Hattiesburg, MS) - December 30, 2018 The picture on the front came out beautifully. However, the back side which should have had “Mr. & Mrs. Dolbear 11.10.18” had the names of a second grade class. Presumably, the back of an ornament intended for a teacher was on our first married Christmas ornament. My husband thought it was hilarious and insisted we keep the ornament, I would have preferred to return it and have it fixed.

Not completely satisfied The first ornament was to dark, the replacement was too light with lines through the picture. I was pleased with the quick response time but the outcome of the replacement was better but not the best. Maybe I should have ordered glossy finish rather than matte finish. It’s a special gift for someone special so I had high hopes for good results. The other 4 ornaments I ordered turned out great. Was very happy with them.

The ornament picture was from their wedding and your company punched the string hole right through his face. No where in your ad does it show placement of hole.
