I order these here before. I love the maple wood. This year the heart is a bit smaller and the words which are in cursive are unreadable. I wish they would keep print and forget the cursive. I try to buy these for my grandchildren every year for their yearly memories and accomplishments. Make a little bigger please.

Everything was perfect except one of the script fonts

This is a beautiful ornament. We have a large family so most lines had 2 names. Everything on it was perfect minus 3 names that were one specific script font. They were illegible. I contacted customer service and heard back within 24-48 hours (I can't remember exactly the timing but it was quick). They said they were sending a new ornament free of charge. There wasn't a whole lot of info on the email saying how they were fixing it, whether those 3 names were a different font or what.

I ordered this ornament and made a spelling error. I saw the error on the review screen and corrected it per the instructions. Unfortunately I received the ornament with the error still there.

These can be a little pain in the rump, it’s hard to get all the people in the place where they don’t clash you can’t change the font size and it must all be caps but after about an hour of messing with the names I’m pleased with the outcome it’s beautiful

The names and everything were correct. However, there were some "burn" looking marks on it. I already had to have another item replaced and didn't feel like going through the hassle with thia too... So it's good enough but not great.
