Satisfied first time customer! I was a first time customer, casserole dish was exactly as ordered. This was a gift, the weekend before Christmas unfortunately I broke my sister’s dish so I wanted to replace it but I knew there was no way I could get an order by Christmas, I decided to place an order anyway. Went online placed my order the morning of 12/23 paid extra for rush delivery (which was quite reasonable) and my package was delivered 12/24. I could not believe it, I will definitely use your company again. Thank you!

birthday gift I ordered this as a birthday gift for my daughter, when it arrived I could tell by the way it sounded that it was broken. When I opened it it was broken, I was heartbroken. But I took a picture of it and sent it off to the website and then called customer service and there was no problem, they replaced it right away. they said we are so sorry it might not make it by her birthday but we will try, it arrived two days later in time for me to give it to her. It is a beautiful dish and she loves it. Thank you.
