Very cute! I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loved it! When I opened it it was cracked but am very pleased to say Personalization Mall sent me a new one immediately! They stand by their products 100 percent ! Would definitely purchase from them again!!

I think they are going to love them especially because it has each of their names. Just wish the lids would twist on correctly and not have to be done more than once to correct. All is good and happy.

Cute but too big for small children The cup is very cute, but I should have paid attention to the size. The design is geared towards small children but that cup is just way too big. They should reduce the size and price.

Bended straw The straw came bended. I think because it is just right size for the box that it comes in. Can you please send a replacement? Otherwise, it is nice and cute. Good quality.

 Cute but easily broken These are adorable. But they are for kids. My 7 year old dropped his and it cracked the whole thing and then when handing the other cup at a later date to his little sister she dropped her from a 2 yr old height and it completely cracked. So they are cute but made for kids isn’t a true representation they are way more fragile than a kid can deal with.

Just okay Really cute! I think my grandkids will like. Quality not so sure of. I’m concerned decals are stickers and will not last long.

Missing pieces I ordered two cups. Shipping was pretty quick. The cups are adorable. However, one cup came with the lid and straw and the second cup did not. I’m in touch with customer service so hopefully the issue get resolved.

Cute A very cute product. Slight disappointment with the size of the font on the cup for personalization. It appears that whether a name has four letters or 12 letters the font size stays the same. Also straw is slightly bent in packaging causing a kink to the straw.
