Although disappointed that I didn't look hard enough (because I would have gotten the heart shaped puzzle instead), I still love the idea of this puzzle. I received it very quickly with standard shipping, with plenty of time left until Valentine's Day. I might try and put it together myself being giving it to my boyfriend, and I'm sure I'll be happy with the result! I know he'll love it because we love doing crafts and things together. I would definitely recommend this gift to others.

Although I have bought several items from Personalization Mall, I am not happy with this particular item. I had these puzzles done for my grandsons with their new puppy. Ages 5 and 7, I assumed it would be appropriate for their age being only 68 pieces. But unfortunately they were challenging even for myself. With the circular shape, the pieces are very oddly shaped and confusing.

This particular purchase would not make me hesitate to shop this site again. I have always been pleased with previous purchases.

Caution inspect before giving to a child

The puzzle cutter does not cut the pieces completely through -- therefore some of the pieces arrived still attached and needed to be cut from the backside to prevent tearing of the pieces and damaging the connectivity of the pieces. I did not inspect each piece and gave the puzzle to my four year old granddaughter. She is great at putting puzzles together but not so much in looking for manufacturing cutting defects -- as a result she damaged several pieces in trying to take them apart and now they do not fit together very well. That's what I get for assuming it would be cut. Otherwise the puzzle had a nice finish and appeared to be as durable as any other paper-based puzzle. It would have gotten my recommendation and five stars had the puzzle arrived completely cut out. Bag was a bit cheezy - a cheap box would have been nicer.
