Beautiful I placed an order for this item on 02/09/21 to be given as a birthday gift for a coworker in March. The item was delivered on 02/23/21, which is a little longer than it normally takes. However, I understand delivery was extended due to the severe weather conditions. The item arrived in excellent condition and was personalized just the way I ordered it. The glass frame holds a floating 5x7 picture. It is very pretty when lit up. It uses either a USB or batteries, but the batteries would not stay in the compartments very well. That is the only complaint I have. The personalization is wonderful on the glass frame. I have bought several items from Personalization Mail, and I would highly recommend them for those one-of-a-kind gifts you can't find anywhere else.

Always In My Heart When I received this beautiful plaque I cried. I'm my sister's legal guardian & on 01/26/21 I had to put my sister on hospice. That day was the hardiest day of my life.
