Great customer service! My mug arrived with the handle broken. I followed the directions included with the mug for reporting damaged merchandise. I got a response within hours and they sent a replacement mug right away!This mug arrived unbroken and it is exactly what I wanted! I would definitely order from personalization mall again!

captured her essence in a mug It took me a while to fit the picture, and the system was not intuitive for fixing copy errors which forced me to begin anew, but the final product is a hit. The recipient was quite elated with her present.
