Best Christmas Reaction from this gift! This was a last minute idea and turned out to be everyone's favorite gift - those watching, giving, and receiving! I decided to capture a favorite and meaningful Christmas moment from long ago on a mug for my son and daughter. However, I was short of time for my usual shipped orders and didn't fully understand the pick up procedure. I can't say enough good about Erin and Personalization Mall for making this Christmas idea come true! I was against all odds in ordering and processing the order on time to get these mugs to Michigan where we were celebrating Christmas. She LOVED it!! I gave this to my fiancee as a Christmas gift in front of her parents and it brought her to happy tears.
