 Wedding giftWe have ordered several times and lots of items from this company and have always received our orders correct and promptly. This item arrived defective. We contacted the company and was asked to send a picture of the damaged item - which we did. The response was immediate and that our item would be replaced. It was and within a week and was absolutely perfect! We will continue to order from this company as we are well pleased not only with the products but with customer service as well!!! As for the item - it is good quality and I'm sure will be a treasured gift for years to come!

They were very quick to refund my money or send another one. I chose to get a refund and am going to wait and order again for her bridal shower. It was beautiful though.

Excellent customer service The globe was absolutely perfect except that it broke during shipping. They were able to get a new one out to me quickly and I was able to have it for the wedding gift. The Bride and Groom room loved it!
