Wedding snowglobe I received the snowglobe, but unfortunately it was frozen (probably sat in a truck overnight). When it thawed, it didn't look right. I send pictures to Personalization Mall and they replaced it. Excellent customer service. I've bought from them before and will again. they stand behind their products

It could have a better descriptive title. But having found it, I really liked The choice of music could have been better. Or better yet, give people a few choices. Theme from Romeo & Juliet, Love Story, Carpenters music, etc.
