Wedding Personalized Musical & Light Up Snow Globe I am very pleased with this snow globe. Very pretty. The first one came in with the champagne glasses floating around. Spoke with customer service, they asked me to send a picture. That afternoon I received an email where they were sending me a replacement. Great customer support!

Wedding gift We have ordered several times and lots of items from this company and have always received our orders correct and promptly. This item arrived defective. We contacted the company and was asked to send a picture of the damaged item - which we did. The response was immediate and that our item would be replaced. It was and within a week and was absolutely perfect! We will continue to order from this company as we are well pleased not only with the products but with customer service as well!!! As for the item - it is good quality and I'm sure will be a treasured gift for years to come!

The only negative is that the engraved plaque on the front of the base is loose and slightly tilted. I am hoping that a dab of superglue will solve the problem because I don’t want to have to return the item.

A unique & pretty gift This item is very pretty and it was bought for a co-worker so not overly personal and yet elegant. The only complaint I would have is that the globe was smaller than I had imagined it to be. Also, the gift box was also attractive and classy with in the black and white.

Aylssa & John's wedding gift I ordered this as a wedding gift, and when it got delivered it was left out in the rain so the box has a water stain on it. I am grateful that my neighbor upstairs put it in the hallway before more damage was done. I was home when the delivery was made and it would have been very helpful if the delivery driver rang my bell.

I Like But Not Absolutely Like! I like but not absolutely like because although this is beautiful I don't care for the snap magnetic front with the names. I feel for the amount I paid including shipping is should have been created better.

Wedding Snow Globe It’s beautiful,but, I was disappointed in the name tag. I guess I was thinking it was engraved but it’s only a piece of paper. My opinion is it should be laminated or something.I’m satisfied with the globe itself though.
