Darker print needed. The product quality is very good & the size is just right. A much darker print would have made it perfect!!

Returned and reordered I ordered this flour sack as a gift . When it arrived the names were very faded.
I reached out to customer service. They asked for a photo. Upon receiving my photo and checking with their quality control I was sent a new one free of charge of course. . The names were bold. I'm very happy with the new one and the customer service. Picture of new one included in this review.

Excellent, meaningful gift By Shopper (Folsom, CA) - January 10, 2021 Several of the Family Tree of Life towels have been given and loved by each recipient. It's been especially meaningful to those with kids/grandkids, to see all their family names. For some of the smaller families, family pet names were included. Names were printed alternately in lighter and darker ink, and the lighter print was too light. The cost plus shipping was a bit high, comparing this to many other similar purchases.

Nice tea towel Good for the price I paid. The only negative is that the light green is really light and the names are hard to see.

Nice quality, nice idea, but the printing is so faint, it is hard to read all the names included. It is even lighter than the preview shows. I ordered other styles where the colors are much brighter so I know it could be done on this item as well. Disappointed.

Print too light By Shopper (Bridgewater, NJ) - December 13, 2022 I like the quality of this towel but the print is very light and hard to read. Preview picture showed colors much brighter. Colors in printing on item 21368 was much darker. Wish this item had same color depth.

Faded look The names were very faded on the tree. I have ordered this exact towel and the names were much brighter.

Flour sack towel -family tree Screen print is much better-could still be a little darker. The Turn-around to get this was terrific compared to the holiday-almost 60 day turn-around received after Xmas and the screen print was so so light as if u ran out of ink. My mother-n-law LOVES IT and may frame it vs. use it for its intended use. Thank you again for the quick response and making the print darker. I will use your services again and refer others.
