Nailed it I know you want me to rate the product(which I am very pleased with)but the customer service rep gets 5 stars!She was on the phone w/me like 30 minutes because I was having trouble placing the order. You can have a good product but w/out good customer service it isn't as pleasing of an experience. Kudos to your girl!
