I personally would have liked something with more of a clean finish. I didn't read other reviews on this item. They are definitely not coaster I can use in my very contemporary home.
The engraving I'm happy with. But the unfinish, feel,texture is not to my liking. I was pleased with the turn around time of the order. The packing was very good as well.

The coasters were thinner and lighter than expected, which I would have been ok with if the monogram was perfect. Instead my order of 4 coasters had only 1 intact. The other 3 had either chips in the monogram or gold glitter smeared on the monogram. I requested a replacement and received 4 new coasters. All four coasters looked scuffed on the edges and one had a corner that was chipped. This is a gift for a client and since I already spent more time than I wanted to on this, I just picked 4 of the best looking out of the 8 I received. Not what I wanted to gift my client or any future client so won't be ordering this again.
