 Picture frame reviewBy Shopper  (Valley, AL) - November 12, 2020 The picture frame was very nice and shipment was prompt. However, I was disappointed that the "glass" was a cloudy sheet of plastic. So I bought another frame from the dollar store just to get the glass to replace the plastic.

Great Engagement Gift Idea Purchased for a friend who loved it. The alignment seemed a little off to me as it relates to the names being properly aligned over the date. It could be that longer names will appear less aligned than shorter names. There was no way to alter this during editing.

Engagement Frame Frame is super cute & to the point. The couple will cherish this awesome gift for the rest of their married lives. I would have preferred a glass insert instead of a plastic insert.

Great Frame very nice! I love this frame and gave it as a gift to my daughter. The gold custom personalization is very nice. I was hoping it would have had a glass photo cover in the opening but it's a frosted plastic which makes the photo appear muted which wasn't to my taste so I took it off. Just heads up on that part. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for that odd plastic.

 Cheap wood, ‘economical’ hardware The wood used for this frame is not sturdy enough to withstand shipping and The Hardware on the back is flimsy. I had to replace it myself with something different. I wouldn’t mind paying $10 for this frame but the $35 Price is a little steep for what you get. Fortunately, the customer service reps at P Mall are top notch. I have purchased other items in the past and they have all been great. Sorry to say, this guy isn’t.

Not what it appears I thought the picture would be printed on the wood. It was not. It was just a picture inside the frame. I could’ve done that part. Overall, the frame itself is extremely nice with the printing and everything, but a little disappointed that it’s not all one piece.

Arrived in time but letting and ring picture cut off at the top Product arrived timely for Christmas and overall nice gift but disappointed that a couple letters and the top of the ring were cut off at the top - too late to replace and my daughter liked it. Just not perfect….

BEAUTIFUL frame but NO GLASS!!!!! Buyers beware this frame does not come with glass or plexiglass to cover your picture. There is a frosted thin piece of plastic which makes your picture look fuzzy and the frame cheap!!!!. The frame itself is very nice but the plastic has got to go!!!!! I used a piece of 5x7 glass from an old frame i had and now it looks great but buyers shouldn't have to do that.

It’s ok I was expecting the quality to be better. What covers the picture is plastic, not glass. It just doesn’t look good.

Great frame, no glass??!?? Personalization is great, with well made frame. But no glass insert? That's automatic for a frame. This should be corrected immediately. Also offer in other size frames.

Not as expected By Shopper (CA) - December 7, 2019 I was disappointed to find that the frame came with a cheap plastic insert versus a piece of 4”x6” glass to put over the photo.

Disappointed By Shopper (Dayton, OH) - October 24, 2021 I bought this frame for my son and his fiance. I was disappointed when the frame came with a slightly green piece of plastic instead of glass. The green plastic tinted the photo I placed inside. I was embarrassed to give it to them that way so I took glass from anoather frame I had to replace the green plastic but the depth of the frame was not deep enough to insert glass. It was a nice idea, but I would not order this frame again.
