Memory keeper I ordered three of the same ornament, one for us and one for each of our sons' families. I paid for expedited shipping and they arrived within days. The ornaments are nice quality and the clarity and color of the pictures were excellent. One of the three was misaligned so I sent a picture of it to P Mall and they responded promptly. Within an hour I was informed that a new ornament was being made and would arrive quickly. Their customer service is A-1!

Annual Ornament I normally order the round ceramic ornament as my annual ornament gift to my girlfriends (as I like that the best) but our group has grown and the round ornament was not going to work.
