Nice ornament! By Shopper (Hampstead, NH) - January 10, 2021 I absolutely love this item! Quality was good, just a super nice gift overall. However, I did order this on November 16th, and I tracked the shipping, it made it to my home town then got sent back to NJ and sat there until I just received the original package yesterday January 9,2021, I get that there were issues with USPS this year but wow! Just shy of 2 months for shipping. When I inquired about it several times Personalization Mall said they would send me another priority mail which I received a in almost 2 weeks. Not priority!! I did love all the gifts I purchased and will consider purchasing items again thorugh this company but not 100% sure.

Names were printed on the front and I had other printing on the back. It turned out very nice.

 Disappointed for the 1st timeBy Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - January 14, 2024 I have received orders in the past that have fallen short of expectations, but once the order was redone, I have always been happy with the end result. Unfortunately, on this item, that was not the case. I was disappointed with the quality of the personalization on the ornaments. I ordered three of the exact same ornaments - all three came out a little different, and I had issues with all three of them. After contacting Personalization Mall, the three ornaments were redone; unfortunately, the replacement items were still not up to usual standards. This will not keep me from ordering from Personalization Mall in the future.

 Snowman family ornamentNothing at all like I expected. Did not know it was metal. Did not realize snowmen were not raised items like my other ornament. You are unable to see the snowmen bodies. They are just heads sitting there with names attached. I was really disappointed.
