 Personalized Dog Collar By Shopper  (Katy, TX) - April 16, 2023 I have a toy breed puppy and got a small/ med size collar which was smallest size offered. The collar is well made that is why I gave 3 stars but it is too big and heavy for my puppy and a total waste since I can’t give away due to my pup’s name printed on it. If you have large breed dog it would be nice but small/med size is misleading, size is adjustable but the band is too wide and heavy for any dog smaller than 10 pounds.

Should be smaller This collar is super cute and well done but still too big and heavy for my new puppy. They need to come up with a smaller collar cause there’s lots of small breed dogs. The leash is very cute!

Not quite for a small dog By Shopper (Kirkland, WA) - December 23, 2021 It’s a cute collar but I order the smallest they offered and the buckle is huge. After adjusting the collar to fit my Morkie, most of the collar is the buckle.

Dog collars I was not pleased with the size of the collars. When they say size, they mean the length I guess of the collars. My dogs are 8 and 13 lbs, these collars look way too big width wise on them and the leashes for a small dog are worse. The medal parts on them are too bulky and heavy. On the other hand the large dog collars were just right.

Buckles to bulky Cute collar, but buckles are to bulky for small to medium dogs. I bought 3 collars and the buckles look terrible on my Beagle and Doxie. The heeler puppy will grow to hers hopefully.

Too wide for small dog I bought this collar for my Havanese. Gabby is 11 lbs. I didn’t notice collar is one inch wide when I ordered. It is too bulky because of heavy duty type buckle and too heavy for a small dog.

Pet collars They are very cute and arrived timely and with correct spelling but should be aware large/x large is too small for our average sized golden retrievers so we can’t even use them

 Fits funnyI don’t like the way the clasp is so big and flat. Makes it fit strange and look strange on the puppy. Doesn’t sit right on his neck.

What I don't like about this collar By Shopper (Sparrows Point, MD) - July 16, 2023 This collar keeps tightening up around my dogs neck. I have to keep taking it off of her and loosening it up only to have it tight again a couple times a day.
The quality of the material and workmanship is good but I don't think I am going to be able to use it if it's going to choke my dog.

Personalized dog collar The dog collar is well made and attractive. I ordered 2 SMALL collars for my 2 chihuahua mixes, both under 10 lbs. The width of the collars is more suited for a medium sized dog. The size of the clasp and bulk of the collars made them too uncomfortable for my dogs to wear. I cannot use them.

Too bulky The clasp is very big and bulky with the actual band part…does not lay right…but it is so very cute…just doesn’t fit right….

The ordering process was good and I received them very quick, However the dog collar itself is very big and bulky for my poodles ( I ordered 2 of them) so I'm not able to use these collars :( Maybe they would be good for bigger dogs but definitely not small poodles.

Way too big! I have a small 8 lb dog so I purchased the small collar. It is way too big!! If she were bigger it would be fine. Maybe there should be small medium and large sizes available. Cute but disappointing.

Pet name repeat By Shopper (Palm Harbor, FL) - April 6, 2021 It was too big for my 11 pound poodle. I wish it had a small only not small medium. The buckle was bulky as well. I've always had great experience with PMall so this is the first time and you couldn't return it because it was custom.

Personalized dog collar We ordered a small dog collar. What we received was a S/M don collar. The width was much wider than we expected. It is too big to fit properly. I doesn’t make sense to return the collar. We liked the collar but we can not use it on our pet. Money wasted.

Am/md collar The width of the s/m collar is too wide and the buckle is huge. This size needs to be more narrow. It rides up to my dog’s ears. The large buckle is in her throat and she is annoyed by it. The quality is excellent, the sizing is inappropriate.

To large I purchased a small thinking it would be suitable for my small dog unfortunately it was not . I was unable to use it and with it being personalized I was unable to return . I did like the design concept though .

Dog collar It’s so cute but that’s the only positive thing to say I ordered the large/extra large(21”) for my golden retriever with a 19” neck. I believe they sent me the S/M because it only goes to 16” but there’s a lump where all the fabric goes into the buckle if it’s extended fully.
I’ve been on phone, was sent an email for quality control. I sent 2 photos. Their reply asked if I want a replacement but didn’t mention the size issue. I’m still waiting to actual hear from an actual “quality control” person.

Don't buy for a small dog!! By Shopper (Oakland, MI) - June 23, 2021 Read the measurements before purchasing! Not made for a small dog or even medium to small dog! Buckle alone is an inch wide! Been buying from this company for years! Disappointing. If you asked 10 people if this was for a small or even a medium dog....they would all agree that agree that it was not! Basically it's my bad for trusting the description and not breaking out the tape measure. Hopefully this helps someone else double check before purchasing!
