 Disappointed By Shopper (Phoenix , AZ) - December 3, 2019 There is black all around the engraving that I can't remove, not that I should have to. Purchased 2 of these with different engraving and both are the same. Plus the tassels are unglued and I will have to glue them back on. That's IF I even decide to send them to the recipient.

 Cute but damagedBy Shopper (Baraboo , WI) - December 20, 2020 Have ordered lots of ornaments from Personalization Mall. This is the first time I have had an issue. The ornament came damaged. The glue holding the tassel on one side of the ornament hadn’t been strong enough. When I unpacked the ornament, the tassel was not attached. Because I bought it for my twin granddaughters first Xmas, I’m not returning it and will try to re-glue it myself so I can give it to them. But was a little disappointed.
