My ornament was received on Dec.17 broken in half between the two mittens. Customer Service was GREAT they ordered a new ornament with extra padding and two day shipping by FEDEX. The new ornament came before Christmas in excellent condition! My son and his new wife love this ornament! I have used Personalized Mall in the past and plan on using them in the future.
