Cute ornament but quality control not great By Shopper  (Whispering Pines, NC) - October 30, 2020 I'm so glad I opened up the ornament to look at it before sending as a gift. When lifted it up by the string (as one would do to hang the ornament) the screw came right out of one side of the ornament. There was no way this could not have not been detected as loose before shipping the product. This didn't happen during shipping because of how it was packaged. The products should be checked for things like this before shipping. Other than that, the ornament was cute, smaller than I expected, but cute. I didn't return because gluing the screw back in did the trick and saved me the trouble of returning and waiting for a replacement.

Mittens Just as advertized, but the two tone seemed a bit bland if green had been added, it would have been better. Just my opinion.

 Ornament nice, personalization poorThe ornaments is a nice product, the personalizing isn't perfect, not straight but a cute gift for someone to place on tree.

Cute, but Not happy It looks like where it says "Our 4th Christmas" is on some type of paper that was adhered to it. Looks like it just peels off. It's not appealing. I ordered something different, but upset I couldn't get anything back for it

Cute, but .. By Shopper (Crestview, FL) - November 3, 2021 I didn’t realize the puff balls were hot glued on the ornament. The one I received looks messy (glue was undone when I pulled the ornament out of the package) and not the usual quality I’m used to receiving from PMALL.

Unattached Pompoms Lettering was good. The pompoms on one side were not attached to the ornament, and glue was all over the fabric on both of the mittens.

Looked better in photo than in person. By Shopper (HUNLOCK CREEK, PA) - December 7, 2019 Was super excited to get this was so vibrant and lively. Tassels came unglued from product and showed unpainted areas. Item came with personalization not centered. Bummer.

Cute but damaged By Shopper (Baraboo , WI) - December 20, 2020 Have ordered lots of ornaments from Personalization Mall. This is the first time I have had an issue. The ornament came damaged. The glue holding the tassel on one side of the ornament hadn’t been strong enough. When I unpacked the ornament, the tassel was not attached. Because I bought it for my twin granddaughters first Xmas, I’m not returning it and will try to re-glue it myself so I can give it to them. But was a little disappointed.

 Still smudgedThe first order for this ornament had a lot of smudging from the letters.. I sent a photo and was sent a new one, but the second was still smudged and there were small cracks around the letters.. I gave up

VERY DISAPPOINTED By Shopper (Brick Township, NJ) - December 15, 2021 One star is only because I could not rate zero. All of the other ornaments I ordered are quite beautiful but this is not okay.
The mittens appear to be old and yellowed and the family name stamped underneath is marred as if the black print ran or was burnt in and smeared over the side of each letter.
I am very disappointed with this ornament

Disappointed By Shopper (Timnath, CO) - December 11, 2020 This arrived with a broken string and a letter was rubbed off. Probably too late for them to get me a new one before Christmas.

Disappointed By Shopper (Phoenix , AZ) - December 3, 2019 There is black all around the engraving that I can't remove, not that I should have to. Purchased 2 of these with different engraving and both are the same. Plus the tassels are unglued and I will have to glue them back on. That's IF I even decide to send them to the recipient.
