Excellent and professional craftsmanship! By Shopper (Pasadena, CA) - August 2, 2020 I did my Christmas shopping early this year, and bought one of these for each of my grandsons and their parents. I would have given them a 5-star review if they had come with a hanger instead of just a hole at the top for a hanger of your choice. Outside of that, these are nearly perfect for a personalized gift, and a gift card or paper money will fit perfectly in the pretty gift pouch that's provided. I am very happy with these!

The engraving is top-notch and very professional looking. I would have rated these as 5-star, but there is no hanger for hanging - only a hole at the top to accommodate a hanger of your choice. Aside from that, these ornaments are about as perfect as they could be.

Arrived broken, was replaced promptly. Very beautiful. The first ornament arrived with the J broken off. It was wrapped very well, and the package wasn't damaged. Contacted customer service, and after a couple of steps, the ornament was replaced and arrived within 3 days. It is very simple, but beautiful. Excellent customer service.
