Good Quality Birthday banner
The banner is exactly the product true to the image you see advertised. There are four metal eyelets, snd material feels like good quality vinyl. It held up great outside in the wind, rain & snow! The ink used on the banner did not smear or come off, the image of the picture was clear as well as the writing. This is the second banner I bought from this company and definitely will buy again.
