 Papa and MimiBy Shopper  (Palmyra, MO) - December 2, 2020 Papa was overjoyed to receive his ornament! He loved the pics. The color quality was great! My color quality was an orange background on one of the pics. I didn't notice it while creating it. A little disappointed, but its fine.
Any ornaments I have ordered in the past 4 years have been loved by the receivers and that's what counts!

Love over all I loved the ornament. I would of if given it 5 stars but on the one side the head was cut off more then it showed in the preview. Had I know I would of chose a different picture. But over all it turned out great.

Great photo ornament By Shopper (Midwest City, OK) - October 22, 2020 I honestly liked the ornament but my only reason for taking a star was that the photo isn’t the sharpest. I did upload cell phone photos but it didn’t say the resolution was low so I think it could have been a little nicer. However, the ornament itself will look great and again, turnaround time was absolutely amazing. I think from order placed to receiving, it took 6 days! I have used other well known sites and wait about two weeks for those items! I am very happy with my purchase.

Memories I like the picture ornaments since I can use milestones of the year to personalize it to fit the individual. The writing on some are hard to make out and some of the pictures were blurry but over all I'm happy with my selection.

Wedding Ornament I created this one to have from our wedding. Quality is great and as usual very fast shipping. One of the photos was tilted and is not like shown in the picture, of course it is the side with me in my wedding dress. Other than that its a great product.

Personalized ornament By Shopper (Woburn, MA) - December 27, 2019 I was very happy with the personalized ornaments I ordered. Photo quality was excellent on all of them.
Where the hole was located could of been better on a few of the ornaments but overall quite happy with ornaments.
Position of picture should be adjusted for more central fit when applicable.
This was done on one of my ornaments but not the other even though the same photo was sent for both ornaments.

Ornament for Daughter & Boyfriend By Shopper (Schaumburg, IL) - November 27, 2019 Overall, very pleased with quality. In order to make it fit, the faces/bodies area a bit shortened making the people look chubby when they're not. But I'm sure they'll like the finished product.

 collagecould of been better boarders, meaning, its hard to determine exacts on proofs, I would of made pictures smaller to avoid cut offs

Personalized ornament By Shopper (KEYPORT , NJ) - January 9, 2022 In 2020 I purchased 6 of the same ornament with different photos of my grandchildren & was very happy with my purchase!! This year I purchased one for my granddaughter & was very disappointed with it because it was much smaller & was same price as last year’s ornament!

Love this product but…… I order these every year for the tree. They are great quality and very colorful. Because of the shape two of my family’s heads were cut off from the ornament. Beware of the cropping!

Difficult to see picture The picture is very faded and you are not able to see the people very well.

Looks great on the tree... Up close the ornament has a uneven matte imprint on it, like something may have rubbed against it while the film or overlay was still wet or impressionable. Did not send back since it looks ok from far away on my tree. If this had happened to one of the ornaments I was gifting I would have returned.

Family ornament I got 3 ornaments that were exactly the same and one of them was sort of clear and the other two were super blurry! The pictures were professional wedding shots too so it wasn’t the quality of the photo. The company said they would send me two new ones to replace them but I haven’t received them yet so hopefully I will and they will be better. I always order from here and this was the first time I had an issue.

 blurryI have gotten these each year for my children for the last 15 years. It seems the quality is getting worse each year. I submitted a great pic and the ornaments were blurry.
The images shown on the computer before production were nice and clear...the ornaments are not like that though.

Ornaments By Shopper (Poplar Bluff, MO) - December 11, 2020 I have ordered these every year for the last 7 years. I have always LOVED them, until this year. The picture quality was very poor, photos on ornaments are blurry. They were taken with the same iPhone as last year so that shouldn’t have made a difference.

Be wary of centering images We've bought several items with photos on them. This is the first where the cropping did not centre the image as we had left it on the website. Hopefully this is a one-off.

 TerribleVery disssatisfied with how the ornament turned out. The hole for the string is right in the middle of my son's forehead. Looks terrible.

Terrible quality By Shopper (Apalachin, NY) - December 12, 2020 Pictures are grainy and amber tinted. Blurry. Not clear like the original pictures used and a totally different tint. Don’t recommend.
