Great Christmas ornament I have purchased these type of ornaments several times as gifts and the recipients love them. They are particularly special with a new baby photo or also can be given as a memorial gift remembering a loved one who has passed on. The cost is very reasonable.

PERFECT I ordered 2 ornaments. My first shipment the name was folded over the edge so it looked misspelled. I reached out to customer service and they immediately made it right. It looks perfect. Can't wait to hang it on our tree this year!

 Family ornamentOrnament is pretty and good quality. Heavy. Only note of caution: The photo on this did not come out as clear as the metal ornaments do. Not sure if this was due to the type of material or our photo being at a slight distance though. Previous orders for metal ornaments have come out perfectly.

Christmas Ornaments Quality of product is awesome. Have always been “my go to place” for sentimental personalized gifts. However, with my last two orders, my ornaments did not come in the beautiful velveteen bags. Customer service told me PM no longer provides. The quality now seems less…wish they would include again!

All of a sudden Personalization Mall with new owners have decided to not include the lovely storage bag with the ornaments. This is disappointing!!!

Pretty good This is the first time I've ordered the matte ornament. I like the glossy better as it provides a clearer picture on the ornament itself. I can't complain for the price though what I got. I definitely don't hate it but don't really love it either like my others. Lesson learned.

Cute Green Plaid Ornament By Shopper (Newark, NJ) - December 14, 2022 The ornament itself is so nice. Its cute and simple and looks and feels well made. I did pay for express shipping thinking I would likely get it in about a week and a half. This company created my ornaments the same day I ordered them and shipped them out the next day. This allowed me to get them ahead of schedule (because this was a last minute gift idea) and ship them out to the units I oversee in my Company. Great experience. Great product.

Great product. The copy on the back was uncentered. Love the product. The copy on the back was not centered. I called and customer service reprinted it for me right away. Great job

Nice and heavyweight; but off centered By Shopper (Macomb, MI) - February 8, 2022 The quality of the ornament is great. Beautiful printing. However, the writing on the back was off centered and a little awkward in that way. I mostly wanted it for the picture side anyways so it's not a big deal, but some better calibration on their printing machines seem necessary.

Ornament The quality is great. But the picture was too dark to tell who it was. Partially my fault since the picture I chose was alteady a little dark. Be sure to use light pictures when choosing.

Crooked greeting on back Love the ornament, but the side with the Merry Christmas greeting is crooked to where the hole for the ribbon is.

Good ornament The ornament came out great but didn’t include the tie to make it an actual ornament just the metal piece.

Great ornament Over all happy with it just wish the hole for the ribbon would’ve been where the example had it (the wreath). Instead of it being where it should’ve been it took off part of my hair.

Classic plaid I love my 2020 ornament and the colors are great. My only reason for 4 stars is that there is a small half circle indented on the back of my ornament. Looks like a cutting error. However, it was for 2020...and although it’s not perfect, much like that year, I’ll keep it.
