We make one every year! By Shopper (Vernon Center, MN) - January 6, 2021 The ornaments turned out beautiful. We make one of our girls every year to give to the grandparents and they are always such a beautiful gift. I took off one star because the website was very difficult this year, it kept changing the orientation of my photos and I couldn’t figure out why I tried on both my phone and my computer and kept having the same issue.

Not as sharp of a picture I have ordered numerous photo ornaments from PM in the past but this year's ornament wasn't a clear as the photo I sent.

Love these ornaments I've been buying these for years but this was the first year I noticed the matte option. I love it, though it did sacrifice a little on the crispness of the photo. Not enough to deter me. I'll continue to buy in the future.

 Coloring offFast shipping and nice product but the coloring is off and very yellow in tone. While I appreciate that computer screens can look different, the coloring issue is pretty significant. If I had more time before the holiday, I would return and try to reprint. Otherwise, nice product.

Christmas Plain Personalized ornament By Shopper (Roanoke, VA) - January 9, 2023 Order was processed in a timely manner and arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, once received the plaid side of the ornament was scratched which was disappointing. When I called to inquire about a possible replacement item was sold out however credit was issued.

The back is white I would not have gotten two of them if I knew the back was white... I do recall reading the back was blank but would think it would have been green or something...I will stick something on the back
You may remove Janet's name because she passed over a year ago...

Matte fornat Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the matte format for this ornament.
The picture I submitted was beautiful but it came out blurry and you can’t see the details. I always do glossy format but somehow this one ended up matte.

Ornament The ornament itself is wonderful but it almost broke because the bag it was in was cut off at the bottom it slipped right thru and didn't receive the message card. But product is nice

Ornaments This is the first time my items didn’t come out correctly from here. I ordered several of the same ornaments. Unfortunately only one came correctly the rest cut my husbands head off. However, they sent me replacements and a couple came back correctly but still again one cut my husbands head off. So they did send me another one that is correct. So now I have all of them correctly just happens to be in January not for Christmas. I love the correct items. They turned out great finally!

I was really bummed when we got this one in the mail. The matte is really dull and the color of the photo is really dark. It is nice, we just don't love it like we did all the other ones we ordered.

Christmas Plaid ornament I ordered 2 of these and one came out well while the other came out blurry or the coloring was off and neither of my pictures were blurry to begin with. I think it is adorable except disappointed that the one is blurry/soft/discolored. How can I fix??

ornament By Shopper (Ashland, MA) - November 5, 2020 I ordered the ginger bread ornament and was extremely please. I ordered 4 of the wood ornaments and was not as happy. The pictures and colors are very faded. I wish I had ordered them in the ceramic. Will not order again.

Blurry Photo I was excited to hand these out to family at Christmas but very disappointed that our family picture was blurry.

Not up to PM usual standards By Shopper (Waupaca, WI) - January 3, 2023 I order the 2 sided picture ornaments every year and am always very happy with them. This ornament was a huge disappointment. The Merry Christmas was off center, the plaid was blurry and the picture was poor quality.

Poor craftsmanship The wording on the back was not lined up with the hole for the string. If we hang the ornament in the the word will be completely crooked.

Disappointing I ordered 4 for family for the holidays. Was disappointed to see they didn’t come in a pouch like all other ornaments I’ve ordered. Also didn’t have a ribbon to use to hang them with. I’ve been a customer for many years and have always loved their products and feel like a kid at Christmas when I get my order even though I know what I have ordered. This was a huge disappointment. Now I have to find a ribbon small enough to fit and gift boxes.

Backside of ornament off centered. The photo side came out great, but the plaid design and wording is not centered at all on the backside.

Blurry! The ornament was blurry. The photo was a professionally taken photo and printed very blurry on the ornament. Even the text on the other side is blurry.

There is no picture on the web site so I didn't expect that. I thought the "one sided" meant for personalization.

Christmas ornaments By Shopper (Raleigh, NC) - December 7, 2019 4 out of 6 ornaments in this order cut people out of the frame. Very disappointed with these ornaments. I’ve had 5 or 6 orders in the past and was always satisfied but this order was not good. Will probably not order again.
