 Not up to PM usual standardsBy Shopper  (Waupaca, WI) - January 3, 2023 I order the 2 sided picture ornaments every year and am always very happy with them. This ornament was a huge disappointment. The Merry Christmas was off center, the plaid was blurry and the picture was poor quality.

too dark The green plaid was rather dark and the picture was not as a good resolution as I expected

Poor craftsmanship The wording on the back was not lined up with the hole for the string. If we hang the ornament in the the word will be completely crooked.

Disappointing I ordered 4 for family for the holidays. Was disappointed to see they didn’t come in a pouch like all other ornaments I’ve ordered. Also didn’t have a ribbon to use to hang them with. I’ve been a customer for many years and have always loved their products and feel like a kid at Christmas when I get my order even though I know what I have ordered. This was a huge disappointment. Now I have to find a ribbon small enough to fit and gift boxes.

Backside of ornament off centered. The photo side came out great, but the plaid design and wording is not centered at all on the backside.

Blurry! The ornament was blurry. The photo was a professionally taken photo and printed very blurry on the ornament. Even the text on the other side is blurry.

Blurry! Very disappointed! They are totally blurry. Not the pics we chose for the back but the front with the wording and designs.

Great on one side - plain white on other By Shopper (Chicago, IL) - December 6, 2020 I was disappointed to see the back of the ornament was plain white & not the same plaid as the front side. There is no picture on the web site so I didn't expect that. I thought the "one sided" meant for personalization.

Christmas ornaments By Shopper (Raleigh, NC) - December 7, 2019 4 out of 6 ornaments in this order cut people out of the frame. Very disappointed with these ornaments. I’ve had 5 or 6 orders in the past and was always satisfied but this order was not good. Will probably not order again.

Christmas Plaid Personalized Ornament 2.85" Glossy 2 sided The color of the photo on the ornament wasn't even close to the photo supplied. Very disappointed with it. The color on the computer seemed fine, but when it arrived, it was way too red. Not going on my tree, that's for sure. Also probably won't order from this company again. I will say this for the, it arrived extremely fast.

Updated The product was not made correctly to my satisfaction. But was very satisfied with customer service handling the issue. The product was out of stock so they said they would properly refund my payment.

Disappointed once again. For the second year in a row the ornament is crooked on the side with the writing. I emailed the company but did not get a response. Last year the company corrected it but nothing this year. Very disappointed! Now it is too large to correct it.

Terrible Photo ornament Photo positioning did not turn out like on the image when I ordered the ornament. The tops of 2 heads were cut off. I will try to return but not sure of the return policy.

Worst looking ever I have ordered ornaments from here before and they were great, this time it was horrible, the photo is so dark looking it is hard to distinguish the photo! Total waste of money and I needed to go get a different gift, since the ornament came looking so terribly . I should get my money back!

Horrible job! Nothing was straight or centered on any of the four ornaments I ordered. Won’t be back next year!

Awful Too blurry and dark unacceptable and they still didn’t respond to the proof I sent!!!!
