Item very good, Tech Support NOT! The item came out good, but setting it up was difficult. Call support for some help but they were hard to understand and offered little to no help. I was on my own and hoped for the best.

Only problem I find is the exorbitant shipping fees. When later I wanted to order just 1 more ornament, the price was $14.99 and the Shipping was $10.99 so, of course I did not purchase it.
