Memorial Christmas ornament This is the second year I have ordered from Personalization Mall and I will continue to order from here. This is an ornament in remembrance of my sister that passed away 18 years ago. She was very special to us. She was born with Spina Biffade and passed at an early age of 26. So for my parents each year since I get them an ornament with her name and the year on it. She is gone but never forgotten.

It's substantial without being too big. It came placed inside a bubble wrap holder, then inside the nicely personalized red velvet drawstring bag for gift-giving. I purchased the stand along with the ornament for display throughout the year. I purchased several items in the past, and now, and will again in the future.

The velvet bag is a nice touch, but I didn't like the prominent advertisement on the bag. It literally covered one side. A smaller 1 in. X 1 in. in a corner would be fine but I feel if you paid good money for the product, you shouldn't have to advertise for the company providing the service.

 A Much Loved GiftI got this for my secretary with a photo of her parents who had passed. The quality was identical to the picture. She loved it. It arrived almost a full week before the date given. Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was as much as the ornament or I would have given 5 stars.

Ornament A good reproduction however the unfortunate thing is they place a hole near the head of the image which they do show on the display when ordering. One has to calculate where the hole will end up so that your loved one doesn't have a hole in its head! Perhaps a holder that goes around the edge of the ornament would be more appropriate. An image with the hole placed in the ornament so you know where it will end up would be helpful.

Very cute! I really like this ornament. I was hoping I’d love it but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed when I received it. I thought it would come as 2 pieces and would have some type of something to hang it. I was expecting it to be as it is in the picture with both sides showing on separate pieces and you could hang it so it would show them both as pictured. It’s my own fault for not reading more carefully. This is just one piece, much larger that it looks with no hanger….??

Its a nice keepsake for my loved one I loved the product and the quality. The only thing I didn't like was the hole that it hangs from was touching the top of his head. I couldn't see that when I was adjusting the picture in the circle. I wished they could have seen it and changed it before finishing the product. They will be nice keepsake ornaments for my loved one.

For my kids Ordered for my kids after losing my mother in law this year. Shipped in plenty of time should have been here before Christmas, but due to USPS delays once they received, I didn't receive until after the new year. Ornaments are great and kids loved them,
