 Great ProductI usually rate all my order with 5 stars. While I love this item and have ordered it previously, this one was off centered when i received it as the letters were running off the edge and the picture was off centered as well. I did review the picture and fonts prior to ordering and they looked great. However, it was not the same when I received it item.

Love it but it’s a little heavy for a real tree Color is great, layout is great, has all the info you’d need/want, it’s just a little to heavy to hang in a branch of a real tree.

Lovely ornament The ornament is very nice. The size is great so it’s easy to see the information on the reverse side. The reason for 4 stars is the picture isn’t crisp. Could be the quality of my photo or the ceramic disc material? I would definitely purchase again.
It came on time and very nicely packaged for gift giving.

Matte is blurry By Shopper (Marshall, MI) - December 17, 2020 I got the large matte ornaments and they look a bit blurry bit are still pretty. I do have a spot on mine that looks lily the paint missed it so it is a white dot about half the size of a pencil eraser. Still better than anything I could've had made for my children. (This was for my first grandbaby)

Pretty By Shopper (Neosho, MO) - October 12, 2020 The color seems a little dull but it's still pretty. I do wish there were other font options and it looks odd to how the large letter is set up beside her name. I bought my boys' ornaments from this site as well and they're lovely.

Quality products I have ordered several times from this company. I have been happy with all my purchases. Each item I have purchased has been made very well, even this one! My only negative is that the color on this item is so pale that it is hard to read unless you are very close to it. The picture shown is darker than the item I received.

Love this product! By Shopper (Cape May Court House, NJ) - December 29, 2019 To date I have ordered about 6 of these and absolutely loved every one! The only reason I did not give 5stars on this particular one is the colors (I picked purple) were faded looking. You could barely make out the parents names (written in light pink).

All about baby girl personalized ornament I would have given this a five star but I received the 3.75 matte & not the size smaller glossy ornament! I must have ordered the wrong size! I always get the smaller glossy ornament because I just feel they are much prettier myself! Other than that it would have received a 5 star rating!! I order every year! Thank you personalization mall!!!

cute I like the keepsake ornament but I wish the print ink would have been a different color. The ornament is pink and they chose very light colors for the words so you can't see them In the photo sample the print stands out way more than reality

A Little Light I gave this ornament 4 stars because in person the printing on the front with the name and information is much lighter so it’s not crystal clear to read. The printing on it is perfect and the photo on the back looks just as it did in the personalization preview.

Glossy Baby Ornament It is beautiful except unfortunately because of the color print the pounds and ounces are almost invisible!

 Babies 1st XmasPicture on the front is great however the back of the ornament if very rough with raised pieces of porcelain. Worried that the raised pieces might come off which would ruin the writing

Photo quality isn't the best By Shopper (Rockford, MI) - January 11, 2020 I've had a few photo things done through PM and always feel that the photo quality is a bit lacking. They are faded and the placement of the picture was slightly off from the preview I approved. I like PM's products in general, but I will get photo products elsewhere in the future.

 DullBy Shopper (las vegas, NV) - December 6, 2019 I unfortunately ordered a matt finish which is actually very dull and boring also, the printed portion with my granddaughters birth info is uninspiring. I have ordered many products in the past and will continue to do maybe with a little caution

 Horrid quality I ordered this 2 hours after my daughter was born. It has the picture I uploaded and the details I added. However, the print on both sides is sticky and chunks of color are gone and someone's palm print is clearly visible on the details side. I had ordered this last year when my son was born and there were no issues, which is why I reordered when my daughter was born. I'm so very disappointed!
