Thank You We needed to purchase this plaque for a young family member that died suddenly in an automobile accident. I was in charge of getting it, but needed to get pertinent information from other family members. You can imagine how many moving pieces there were in a situation like this. Unfortunately the plaque was printed with the wrong birthday, not the companies fault. When I called and explained they were extremely understanding and reprinted the plaque at a huge discount. The plaque was in the family’s hands in about two weeks. Among job and I will only do business with them in the future. Thank you for your understanding and compassion.
