Surprise!! I ordered I think three....different names on each. The surprise is, they are NOT a ROUND BALL!!! They are wide, yet flat.

Great Family Ornament By Shopper (Cape Coral , FL) - October 13, 2019 Actual product matches the picture and description perfectly. Good quality and is lovely either with or without the light, however I prefer having the light in it. I bought five and the finished products were all correct and completed quickly. This is not my first purchase from Personalization Mall and it won’t be my last. Always good quality products and great customer service.

Wreath frosted glass ornament I love this item. In fact, I love all your items. The quality is exceptional and the fact that I can see my finished product before actually ordering is a big plus for me. I try to order at least one new ornament a year (usually I wind up ordering more) and it’s always from Personalization Mall.com. If you’ve never ordered from them, you should try it. Their products are amazing!!

 Pretty ornament This ornament is pretty and the personalization is nice. Unfortunately my ornament has some flaws in the white “frosted “ area on the front of the ornament, right in the middle.. I contacted customer service so hopefully they respond and can help me get a replacement

Frosted lighted ornament I would have rated this beautiful ornament a 5 but I had to really examine the ornament to find one of the names. Her name is in small print and isn't in larger print anywhere on the ornamentThe other names are on the ornament in both sizes and easily seen.

Lovely family ornament By Shopper (Chicago, IL) - October 20, 2022 Lovely Christmas ornament for our family of 12...easy to label with names, dates, greeting, as long as you use correct number of letters/spaces. Enables you to be as creative as you would like or simply copy the example in the photo. Took off one star because I have not yet added it to a string of lights on the tree, but I know I will do it carefully so as not to damage in any way. I just love it!

Family name ornament This is a pretty ornament I bought for a gift. The red has a little of a pinkish tint to it instead of a Christmas red -- that is a little disappointing.

Fast and easy I ordered 13 of these ornaments with 13 different names on them. They all came in well-packed and beautiful, and they were really fast!

Hard to put a light in this ornament. Although the ornament is very pretty it is hard to get a light into it. It does not hang nicely.

Mistletie Wreath Glass Ornament I ordered 2 of these and was very disappointed. Lights will not stay inserted in the backs. They should come with a light.

 Disappointed I’ve bought Christmas ornaments for quite a few years with this company and I was very disappointed with the quality of this ornament. It says that it is glass but it’s like a heavy plastic. I had 9 names put on it and a few of the names were doubled and my grandson’s name is in cursive and very hard to read. I would not recommend this ornament.
