Just okay By Shopper  (Woodstock, GA) - November 19, 2021 Although I read previous reviews about the poor quality of the photo, I was hoping I picked a sharp enough image. Apparently, photo quality doesn't matter. Photo is light and somewhat distorted but I can tell who it is. Wouldn't order again but wouldn't even try to return it since it's my guy.

Nice but too light I love the product. The pictures didn't come out as vibrant as I thought they would. They were a little lighter than I expected.

Disappointed By Shopper (Visalia, CA) - December 11, 2020 Really cute idea but upon arrival I was sincerely disappointed. I had purchased as a gift and unfortunately will not be giving the hearts as they fall below my quality expectation. Glass heart and a velvet bag (as listed on packing materials) could improve this item immensely as a giftable...as would a bigger sized heart. ...these are ornament size at best not desk top. Do not recommend as a gift. I would also advise to not center anyone in the picture as the crease of the heart increases distortion in the resin material.

 Not what I had hopedBy Shopper (Erie, CO) - December 21, 2022 It was very difficult using the software to upload the photo in the first place and the final product was very disappointing. The paper the photo printed on was lined and streaked and there is no definition in the faces that you are able to make out.
