A month ago I had ordered two hearts with a color photo and one in black and white so was really expecting the same type of photo quality on this third order. However, I used a very "old" black/white picture and the picture was hazy and not as clear. BUT the fault was mine not Personalized Mall. On the first order I used more current photos and the color and quality were perfect and came out so cute. These little hearts make great memory reminders. Delivery as always was fast and all with free shipping, which I always appreciate.

I bought two as anniversary gifts for daughters and their husbands. The color on the original pictures were not clear so used black and white tint which for older photos (1985) worked really well. The colors on the special event heart are clear and bright. The hearts are small but they make a BIG statement. Everyone thought they were so "cute." Delivery was quick. I plan to order more.

Disappointed I have always been very pleased with my purchases from PM, but this was just okay. The curve of the resin distorts the photo in an unflattering way and the color is a bit washed out. I will keep it, but I would not buy it again.

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because I was expecting better picture quality (mainly because I didn't check the reviews, only the score). It came out grainy and blurry. The picture I uploaded was detailed and high quality. If the print was better quality it would have been a 5 star, easily.
