Amazing bag I bought this bag for my husband for Father’s Day and didn’t get to hide it in time before he came home so he got it earlier than it was supposed to be given. When he opened it, he was like in awe about it. He is like I don’t want to ruin it with my tools/work things so he wants to use it as a travel bag for vacations as it is too nice to mess up! I would say it was a perfect gift! He has yet to use it but I am sure it will come in hand.

So satisfied! This is a great item! The processing and delivery was really quick. It is high quality, durable carhartt material and the personalization just adds so much to the overall greatness. I want to order at least 2 more as they will make perfect gifts, but they are on back order, so I’ll keep watching!! A little disappointed that the price has increased significantly, but hopefully a sale will be offered. I am highly satisfied with the one I did get.

Superb quality I purchased this for my contractor son and he absolutely loved it. Carharrt is a brand known by everyone. The embroidery came stitched on the wrong side and accidentally sewed an inside pocket closed but customer service at Personalization Mall being outstanding, send another promptly and fixed the issue. I have shown the duffle to others who have people in mind for purchasing this. What man (or woman) could resist this well made product.

I wish I had picked a fancier font and paid attention to the size as I had thought it would be a bigger duffle. This is a good overnight bag. The 4 stars is probably more my issues than PM. Overnight shipping was expensive but my fault for waiting till the last minute, the website still advertised overnight shipping but only the most expensive rate was available. Will definitely order again ...but sooner

Won’t order again I ordered this for my father. I asked for the personalization to be something completely different than what I received. I gave 3 stars as the actual product was well made and I also thankfully received my refund back relatively quickly, but the personalization factor failed me.
