Moreso,the tracker does no good because it fails to keep one informed of the status of the package as at when due. You should improve on updating the tracker status. Nice material.

First time it was folded up nice and neat. second time it was folded up with little less care was taken and the third time it was just thrown it the plastic bag with no care at all. no fold up anywhere. like a ball. I guess they were showing how they felt about having to do it again. Message was received. This picture is not the one I took it's the one I preview before placing my order. The robe is very soft.

Very Plush! I absolutely love how soft this bathrobe is. I bought it for my fiancé who is 6’4” and 260 pounds so the “one size fits all” is a little small on him. So I wear it more than he does.

The robe was supposed to have my husbands last name but instead it had DAD inscribed. I am not happy about this as this was to be a personalized robe. Very dissatisfied customer .

One size does NOT fit all I absolutely love how the robe looks it came out just how I envisioned it. However, I don’t like that it doesn’t come in a size run. One size does not fit all and it runs way too small. The arms are incredibly short.Unfortunately my boyfriend won’t be able to wear it. He is 6ft tall and slim but the arm length is too short. Im 5ft tall and the arm length fits ME. Other than that the robe is very nice and super soft and thin.

too small This is a beautiful quality robe, but sadly it was way too small for my husband :-( A larger size option would be amazing. I feel bad, it was a Valentine's gift.

 One sizeAlthough I should’ve paid more attention to this but I ordered this for my boyfriend and it was way too big. For this to be so much money there should be more than one size. Christmas is next month and I have to send it back... It looks like a blanket.

 It says it's Large, maybe to a child, it's not large. Hate the fit.The description said this item was mid-calf length. It doesn't cover my knees.
It says One Size Fits Most. Mens: fits up to size Large (52-54" chest)
My chest measures 48", This barely meets in the middle, hardly closes.
It says over-sized 3/4 length cuffs for extra comfort. This comes to my mid fore arm, half way between my elbows and wrists. The robe ties across my chest using the lower loops, not even near my waist. I'm extremely unhappy with this purchase, probably can't return a personalized item. I'm 6'3".If you're tall buy something else, somewhere else. I hate the fit. This is child sized to fit as described.
