 NICE!By Shopper (Jefferson, ME) - December 20, 2023 This ornament was very cute design and fit the 'woodsy' theme of my photo. I like the overall look of it and will be cute on the tree. I discounted 1 star (would have only discounted .5 stars if that were an option) because it seemed a little pricey for the lightweight wood they use for it....that being said, the lighter weight will be good to hang and not bend the branch down so I'm not dissapointed with the quality of the product just seemed like it should have been priced a little less.

Beautiful This ornament was beautiful my sister loved it. The only complaint I have about this ornament is that no matter what picture I chose the thread went through the person’s head. So it’s adorable, but my brother in law has a little hole in his head for where you’re supposed to put the thread through to hang it. Besides that it is a very pretty ornament. That is the only thing I would improve with this product if possible.

Cute gift idea By Shopper (Chaska, MN) - December 16, 2020 My husband and I wanted an ornament for our first Christmas as a family of 3. The ornament is very cute! The photo we submitted came out a little pixilated on the back of the ornament, but it is still cute and is a nice addition to our tree.

Nice but not as shown in finished photo. I sent the photo to use. They did not produce the ornament as the finished photo had shown. The photo showed the hanging place clear from the persons in the photo. When I received the ornament the hanging hole was partially touching the mans head and not clear of it. I was a bit disappointed.

 Family ornament Not happy with quality of picture. Preview looked good when ordered. Picture was very dark and hardly visible. Always have had good quality items from you. Disappointed this was not one of them
