They loved it! My son and daughter-in-law loved it. Engraving was done correctly. Only thing was price versus size of heart. Size should be larger for the price. Otherwise, it is cute and well done!

Beautiful Heart and Great service I originally received the heart shaped item, but the engraving wasn't the greatest. I was contacted by support and they offered a full refund or a replacement item and I chose the replacement and it looks great. The replacement was sent in minimal time with no issues and it looks awesome. I'll continue to order from Personalization Mall and appreciate the quick responses and support.

Engraved Heart Keepsake The engraved heart keepsake was really nice, a gift for Valentines Day for my 87 YO Mommie and she absolutely Loved it. Ordering it was quick and easy and I received it very quickly, I did pay for next day delivery not wanting to chance it not arriving in time but All in All I was very pleased and plan to order again.

Family Tree I actually bought two of these. One for my husband and I with all of our past and present cats going back to 1992. The other I bought for my Mother In Law. Both turned out beautifully. This is such a great idea not only for yourself but for others as well. I love the tree branch symbolism.

They didn’t mess anything up and the package came handled with care. It was a good price for such a beautiful product as well. I loved the look on my face when they both opened it.
