Pretty By Shopper (Edison , NJ) - December 18, 2019 The only disappointing thing about it, is the font for the year. 1993 doesn't look like 1993 it looks like 1998 or 1996 even. Otherwise, it's nice.

Heart Family Ornament Red color is exactly as pictured. Names on the ornament I received came out beautifully. Shipped fast.

Very nice I really like the family tree wood heart ornament. It looks just like the picture except the name on the trunk of the tree is not as contrasting as the example. We can hardly read ours. Thinking of rubbing it with something to help it stand out.

Sentimental gift I personalized this for my in laws with their 3 children and 3 grandchildren and my (only in law) names. I shipped it straight to them and we had them open it while we FaceTimed. It is a sweet, sentimental gift that they enjoyed and I am glad I gave it to them, BUT I did notice an imperfection on the ornament that should not have made it past any kind of quality testing and would not have if I worked there. It didn’t seem to bother my in laws, but it is annoying to know that it is there.

Wooden family tree ornament By Shopper (Oxnard, CA) - December 7, 2019 The ornament was delivered sooner than expected, a nice surprise with all the Holiday orders! I didn't realize the red background is more of a "stain" than red paint so the wood grain does come thru. It hangs as seen in the picture and they positioned all eight of our names just where we wanted them. Overall it's a nice and unique ornament would certainly recommend it.

 Ancestors on a treeBy Shopper (Muncie, IN) - January 4, 2023 The ornament is good quality. I have not passed them out yet. My only complaint is that the strings did not come for all 6 ornaments. I had to buy string from the local craft store to complete my gift.

Family Tree Wood Heart I purchased the Family Tree Wood Heart as a Christmas gift. The names in the tree were perfect. The family name & year in the trunk looked great on the proof, however, I was disappointed that it was not legible on the product that I received. The letters are too thin making it almost impossible to read the name. I did not have time to reorder the item for the family.

Too small By Shopper (New York, NY) - November 27, 2021 I was actually surprise when I got this out of the little envelope came in.
It looks so much bigger in the picture Totally disappointed. Quality is not so bad and it does look pretty on the tree it’s the only reason I gave it a 3.

nice! I ordered 3 of these and really like them. I am giving 2 for stocking stuffers. They are light weight and so won't weigh down the branch on the tree and really a pretty wood. I only rated it 3 stars as the darker brown on each tree really makes it hard to see and read the inscription, in our case "Hosler family est 2020." I would purchase again as you can read the names on the lighter wood. It comes with a ribbon to hang it up and has a lovely bag to keep it in. I love this company and their customer service so will always come back for more.

It's the thought.... Was very pleased with the design, color and layout - but it feels more like balsa wood and not very sturdy.

not entirely happy with actual product By Shopper (Cincinnati, OH) - August 11, 2021 I was disappointed since the colors online were more vibrant that the actual product. Any writing at the base of the tree is too dark to read unless you put it up to your face to see it.
Even the replacement was no different.

Adorable By Shopper (Goshen, IN) - January 19, 2021 This was a gift and although adorable, the picture makes it seem not only bigger but stronger and more durable. It was so small and fragile. There should have been like a 3-D picture so you could get the just of how thick it actually is.

The design is cool material seemed cheap My boyfriend really did appreciate the gesture. I wasn’t pleased with the product material. The design is super cool!

Almost as pictured. Product arrived as promised.
We ordered 2 of them and both came with the family name the same color as the background. The name is hard to read when it is the same color as the back ground.

Nice, however The wood was a medium color, so the names (in red) weren’t as clear to see as I would have liked.

Nice but lettering is hard to see The ornament turned out ok. The names on the branches was good but the words on the tree trunk were hard to see. The lettering was much darker than pictured.

family ornament I liked this ornament but I honestly think that the wood is so dark that it's not easy to read. It looks darker thank the preview photo that you will see.

Color contrast lacking The actual color contrast didn't appear as nice as picture. Ordered other color schemes of same product and like much better than the wood on wood color scheme

 Heart family tree branches By Shopper (Bolingbrook, IL) - December 14, 2023 I ordered two of these. One is clearer than the other. Color is not as vibrant on the actual ornament as shown in the picture. Dull finish on both. One of the ornaments, the names weren't even etched into the wood, just barely etching the name into the wood and some of the letters had more red than the tan wood to show through. You couldn't see the name too well. Not satisfied. Looked like it was rushed through the machine.

Disappointed I wish I could say that I loved it, but I ordered it on the 3rd and never received it.
