 Nice FrameBy Shopper  (Venetia, PA) - August 7, 2020 I ordered this as a baby gift. The frame itself is great, however it didn't come with any glass to protect the photo. It would have gotten 5 stars if it came with glass or something clear to protect the photo in the frame.

Perfect gift I bought this for my daughter as a welcome home gift. I have it four stars because it can not be hung on a wall, otherwise it is a perfect gift.

Nice frame While a lovely frame, easel too large however, doesn’t stand great, I had ordered this frame along with silver personalized frame (which included birth time), 1for me, 1for gift. Wish I had ordered 2 of the other, the other is perfect!

Great personalization - plastic obscures pic By Shopper (Vacaville, CA) - January 7, 2022 This frame is larger than I expected. My bad for not paying closer attention to the measurements. The personalization is great. Only downfall is that glass is not included. They only put a piece of plastic in where the pic goes and it is flimsy and somewhat obsures the pic as the plastic is not clear.

Great grandbaby I loved the frame but did not like that the "L" had a line through it to cross the "T" in Walton. Makes it look like two "T's". Everything looked good but that.

 Nice but no glass I love the writing and color on the frame but was really disappointed that the frame doesn’t have any glass. It has a piece of film that makes the picture look muted because the plastic is frosted and not clear.

It’s just ok. I thought there would be glass but it’s just a thin, cloudy, and ugly piece of plastic over the picture. So it looks cheap. Also the lettering is slightly crooked at the bottom so that doesn’t look good either. There are dark smudges that make it look dirty or damaged instead of “distressed.” Overall it just looks cheaply made. Wouldn’t buy again. Waste of money.

Poor Quality Very poor quality and the name is cut off. Not very happy with it honestly.

 Quality ControlBy Shopper (Orion, MI) - April 20, 2024 No two frames are alike from this store, so if you want them to match for multiple kids, just go elsewhere. Just wanted to have the same frame for both of my kids and they don’t even look like the same product.
I am done buying from this company because I don’t think they have a Quality team to ensure the products they send out are in good shape. Always loved the ease of personalizing at a good price from here, but you get what you pay for. Something is always either off center etc.

Misleading Beware, This comes with a plastic cover instead of a glass cover. The picture will be fuzzy and less clear. So disappointing.
