I love the writing and color on the frame but was really disappointed that the frame doesn’t have any glass. It has a piece of film that makes the picture look muted because the plastic is frosted and not clear.

I thought there would be glass but it’s just a thin, cloudy, and ugly piece of plastic over the picture. So it looks cheap. Also the lettering is slightly crooked at the bottom so that doesn’t look good either. There are dark smudges that make it look dirty or damaged instead of “distressed.” Overall it just looks cheaply made. Wouldn’t buy again. Waste of money.

No two frames are alike from this store, so if you want them to match for multiple kids, just go elsewhere. Just wanted to have the same frame for both of my kids and they don’t even look like the same product.

I am done buying from this company because I don’t think they have a Quality team to ensure the products they send out are in good shape. Always loved the ease of personalizing at a good price from here, but you get what you pay for. Something is always either off center etc.

Beware, This comes with a plastic cover instead of a glass cover. The picture will be fuzzy and less clear. So disappointing.
