This was a gift from my best friends for the passing of my sister. It was the best gift I could have received. I absolutely love it!
I would give five stars, but it was a little tough getting the wood pieces back in place after inserting the pictures.

The piece is beautiful, HOWEVER, the cardboard pieces that hold the pictures in place DO NOT fit properly. It was a nightmare trying to jam the pieces to fit... and I purchased 2 of these.

We loved the memory box, I gave it 4 instead of 5 because it was a little difficult to get the clasps to close on some of the glass and stay that way. But otherwise very nice little memory box! Thank you!

The box has a distressed wood appearance but it actually just looks damaged. I will touch up with black paint. Fortunately the top is ok

I was disappointed in this item. It was difficult to get the panels off to add the pictures. I was under the impression that the personalization would be a different color than the message. I would not spend the money to get the gift box as the one they sent was too big for the cube. The black stretchy that came with it was difficult to get on so I didn’t use it. The order came quickly and was accurate so they get five stars for that.
