It was beautiful It turned out beautiful! At first I was a little frustrated that the hard back did not come attached to it, however when I realized that the lighter colored personalized mat will fit in my super capacity clothes washer on gentle cycle on cold, I was very happy it will clean up a little to stay nice longer. I was really grateful the large hard back didn't come attached. Thank you!

I like the fact it is not extremely thick so is easy to roll up, yet it has enough thickness to work well as a doormat. The writing is easily legible and does not appear it will wear off easily. I bought it as a gift for a friend and she loved it. I don't think you'll be sorry with this door mat and I might add customer service at Personalization Mall is not to be exceeded. They are a quality company when it comes to customer relations. I like that they answer the phone promptly. That's a rare quality for a company today.
