 Good quality, bad packaging The product itself turned out great! However, I paid for it to be pre-wrapped and it came back in a flimsy box, already damaged, with sticky smudges on the lid. I also paid for a personalized receipt and it came with the ink fading in and out, making it hard to read the personalized message. I highly recommend the product, but I do not recommend spending extra money for personalized receipt or pre-wrapping.

Perfect for occasion This was given to a friend to honor her deceased pet. Everything turned out well. Order arrived very quickly.

Nice This item is made well. It is thick and quite heavy for its size. I think the picture is not the best quality, it’s sort of fuzzy. I wish it was clearer. But it is a lovely poem.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the box it was shipped in was too small and it was not packed well which mean the other small boxes in the main box were resting on the picture side which made it stretch & dent slightly in places.

Pet memorial By Shopper (Overland, MO) - April 16, 2021 The item arrived as described within the shipment time period. It looks nice quality. The receiver was happy with it so it was a decent buy and did the intended, serve as a reminder for a beloved pet. Im deducting one star for several reasons, partially my own fault for not clearly reading the description. You do not get the stand shown in their picture, I was bummed about this. Additionally, I thought it was more of a plaque. It's just a canvas print. For $25 that's very expensive for a canvas.

really liked how these turned out, but not happy at all with your gift boxes I ordered 2 of the Pet Memorial Personalized Canvas prints 8" x 8" I was very happy with each of the items. they were gift's so I ordered the gift boxes for each of these items. seeing these are NOT free with my purchase
(I think they should be) anyway I had to go out and buy 2 other gift boxes because the ones I purchased from you the corners were ripped and only 2 corners of all were glued together. they were also marked up kind of looked used already. I could not use them. I feel I wasted my money by ordering them seeing I had to buy other ones to give them as gifts. Don't think I will order gift boxes again.

The frame was broken By Shopper (cleves, OH) - February 8, 2022 The frame was broken The picture looked awesome they did a great job the shipping was fast got here really fast but when I got it the frame was cracked on all four corners and it fell apart and there's a big smear on the picture looks like it could've been some kind of glue or something so I'm not real happy about the $15 frame that I spent that is broken and had to be stapled together so I should get some kind of a call or something from you guys

 Disappointed By Shopper (SAN ANTONIO, TX) - October 22, 2022 Disappointed in the quality of the canvas,it's color appears faded. The printing is too large for the piece, and the dog's name can barely be seen as it is too small and in a color that fades into the dark canvas.

Disappointed Quality on canvas is not as sharp. The stand was not included which I thought it was.

 Poor ImageThe picture was not very clear and it looks because of the canvas material. Never really know what the product is going to look like. My dogs name was in white and could not see the name. Had to take a black marker and go over it.
