Love Them I actually purchased these to give to a friend that runs a bar & grill at the golf course that I frequent. I complained that the mugs he had were far to small to satisfy a true beer drinkers thirst...LOL. So I ordered 5 of these with my family's name on them and gave them to him. Now when we enter the establishment, he serves us accordingly. Interestingly enough, other patrons now try to order the same mug...LOL

 Beer mug 25ozFirst I gave this item a 4 because it did show up a little damaged on the bottom. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Hopefully you can fix it. All that aside great mug, heavy duty, engraving was perfect. Will definitely recommend.

Nice but Heavy By Shopper (Cerritos, CA) - April 12, 2022 I got this as a present and the quality and engraving was very nice. I liked the design on it as well. The only downside is that the mug is much heavier than expected.

Would buy Again By Shopper (Lenox, IA) - June 23, 2021 I definitely loved the mug I had engraved but, I gave it a 3 because there was a large scratch in one of the letters when it arrived. There wasn't enough time to send it back before Father's Day.
