Engraved Heart Clock I was very pleased with the clock itself, it is very nice.
The only bad things I experienced were:
1) It would have been nice to have directions on how to activate the battery. I managed to figure it out myself, but it would've been nice to have some direction.
2) The gift box that I ordered came damaged in the one corner. I contacted customer service and asked them to send another box. I was told that they could not send another box, but they would refund the cost of the gift box. That is fine, but I would've rather had an undamaged gift box for which to present the clock to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary.

Anniversary gift Was very pleased with the engraving. However, the clock face was cracked. I called customer service and they told me that they will sent me a replacement clock. That made me extremely happy.Awaiting my replacement clock as promised.

Therefore, I did not actually see the clock. I wanted to give it plenty of time to reach them so I ordered two weeks early but it only took a few days to deliver to them! They're waiting to open it.

I feel like this information should have come with the clock.Other than that I love the clock and I think the people receiving it will love it as well.

Nice but…. It looks very pretty. I wish it would come with directions on how to pop the clock out and make the clock work. I’m afraid I’m going to break it. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to take the clock out what kind of batteries to put in it how to set the time it came with no instructions at all.

This was a gift so I only know from the pictures received when it was delivered. It was delivered very quickly and the recipients were delighted with the gift.

Gift for daughter and son-in-law's 25th anniversary. Like that it is small but e The clock wasn't working when I received the gift. Made a phone call to customer service and they immediately stated they would send a replacement clock. Received the clock in 2 days. Very impressed with the service.

Scratches I am very disappointed in my purchase. It arrived with many scratches on it and the engraving was not of the best quality. Very disappointed seeing that I’ve ordered from this company many times.
