"Absolutely Beautiful" The person that I sent this to called me and said the gift was "absolutely beautiful" and was so happy to receive it. I was even able to figure out how to adjust the clock although it was a little difficult to remove and there were no instructions enclosed. I wish It were available in a slightly larger size since some of the writing is a little small to see since it is on a clear background. I would recommend giving this as a small token of sympathy since it is discreet in size and beautifully engraved with a comforting message. I would purchase it again.

It’s beautiful but cannot give it a 5 Star rating It was beautifully made however when the gift was given to the person that it was made for, the first thing that he said was the the clock’s placement was not right. I was thanked for the gift but felt a certain way about ‘clock placement’ comment. So if there is a reason for the clock placement then u get it but if it’s just placed in there to have a clock there, that doesn’t make sense to me. I would buy again, only if the clock placement is ‘corrected’

Heart shaped with small clock This is a very nice sympathy gift. Only problem, we couldn't figure how to get the clock out for battery.

Well Please. I am having a Memorial Scholarship Gala and I ordered these heart clocks to give to some of my supporters. I ordered 12 the first time and I have reordered 11 more since then. They are beautiful and very sturdy. I wish they were taller but they are still perfect.

Bereavement gift/clock Everything I have ordered, has been much appreciated by the bereaved. For the past few years I have ordered personalized items instead of flowers for my friends/family. Delivery is timely. This particular item was a little smaller than I expected, but still nice, and the engraving is always clear.
