Love this Ornament! I've ordered several of this design and they've mostly arrived broken, but this one made it safely. I love the design, but their legs break very easily.

good service I ordered 3 of these for christmas gifts. One of them came with the legs broken off. After contacting the company, and sending a photo, I was promptly sent a replacement ornament. No hassle returns, that's for sure! PS the ornament is super cute too!

All good This is a review of the replacement of my first ornament that I ordered. While I loved my first ornament, it arrived with one of the moose's legs broken. I casually mentioned this in my first review, not expecting anything, but the eagle-eyed customer service team saw it and contacted me for additional details.
After providing photographic evidence, they sent me a replacement free of charge. The replacement arrived in perfect condition - the spelling was correct and all legs were intact.
I really wasn't expecting this follow-up and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much, Personalization Mall, for paying attention!

Arrived as advertised The personalization on the ornament was spelled correctly, and it looked just like the photograph online. Unfortunately one of the moose's legs broke during shipping, but other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

 Wish I could have had it personalizedI love the moose! However I would have liked it more if I would have been able to personalize each moose with a name.

So cute! I ordered this for my granddaughter's family for this coming Christmas. It's just adorable, but the legs are very delicate. My first one arrived with some legs broken, but PM replaced it immediately. Customer service is great, delivery time is phenomenal! Love PM and everything I've ever ordered from them!

Moose ornament This is a super cute ornament but the legs of the moose are thin and fragile.. one had broken off and another just fell out easily in shipment. Thankfully my husband fixed them but I'm afraid at some point the legs will all be broken off from being so thin. Otherwise it's a great ornament and so adorable.

Moose legs This ornament is adorable, but those cute, skinny legs are fairly delicate. They snapped off in my order, but were replaced by the company. Lickily I had ordered early so there was time to send it before Christmas.

However, both times (original order and free reorder) came with legs and paddle broken off). After 2nd shipment I glued the best one. Can't really ask for better packaging. It came in bubble wrap with paper in the box. Maybe because it's Christmas and package schedule it got abused. But personalization mall took care of me. Overall I give them a 4 star.

Cute but damaged By Shopper (Garden City , NY) - December 16, 2021 This was 1 of 2 items I ordered and both had a "defect" issue. This is a cute ornament. It's not too heavy and comes with 2 string colors (red is attached and there is a white one if you prefer. The name at first looked like it was smudged but I rubbed it with a paper towel and it came off with a little work. The biggest problem is a leg fell of from the parent moose. I paid A LOT of money to get the items shipped to me in 3 days and now I have to hope they arrive, CORRECTLY this time before the last day of school to give to teachers as gifts. Cute items but attention to detail and quality control questionable.

Good customer service I received my first ornament and the legs were missing on a couple of the moose family members. So I contacted customer service and they immediately corrected the problem within 30 minutes of my email. Just received the new ornament and it’s wonderful.

Great Customer Service. I would always recommend this company as I've used them for years. I would say though, some items should be shipped in a box, not an envelope.

Very cute but fragile The moose are adorable and were well received however I had to have it replaced because it came with a missing leg the first time. Having said that personalization Mall‘s customer service is outstanding. I just am concerned that I didn’t think about its fragility of the legs and it lasting in the future, being packed up and unpacked each Christmas.

Flimsy but cute By Shopper (Newark, DE) - December 7, 2020 The moose orniment is absolutely adorable. The only thing I was not expecting was how fragile and thin the legs were. One of the Moose had the leg broken when we got it. One tiny move and the others will break off.

Very cute ornament The legs on the moose are no very secure. I had to superglue one that fell out. But its a very cute ornament.
