 Very cute ornament!The ornament is very cute with nice color! I was disappointed there wasn’t a small bag to hold it in like my past ornament purchases.

Beautiful products / needs better packaging This would be five stars if my ornament had arrived in one piece. The shipping packing considered of a thin bubble-wrap pouch inside a plastic shipping bag. My ornament is beautiful though. I fixed it without any noticable defects.

We're expecting penguin ornament Very nice product, great communication. I initially placed the incorrect year but emailed the company and they got right back to me and made the correction. My only issue was when the ornament arrived the small snowflake at the bottom was missing. Still looks good without snowflake.But overall ornament as expected and good quality.

 Nice Ornament - Horrible Gift BoxBy Shopper (Edison, NJ) - October 26, 2023 I love the ornament which is a Christmas gift for my son and his wife who are expecting. So, I paid the extra $4.99 for the gift box, but I ended up having to throw the flimsy box away. Since it was shipped in a padded envelope, the box was ripped and completely crushed. Plus there was an ugly sticker put on the top of the box (like a shipping label). It was a waste of money.
