Adorable Ornament Bought 2 of these and they are just adorable. Thanks for choosing nice color for their faces. If I had one critique it would be separating the banister poles. But it is still very cute.

This ornament is so cute. Ornament looks just like the picture. Good quality- etching precise. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish there could have been an option to add the date. I tried doing that, but it came up as adding another person and I didn’t like having a face with the date on it.

Cute Ornament! I bought this as a gift. I love this ornament! It's sturdy and should last for many years! The lettering is clear on all of the names except for the 8 letter name. It looks fuzzy and it's harder to read. I have a 7 letter name and that one is clear. So if you can keep it 7 letters or less, you will be very pleased!!

Too much glitter I couldn't tell by the picture but everything red is glitter. Some glitter even got on the back of the ornament. Still cute ??

 No dateI ordered one and it had 2022 instead of 2023. I ordered the second one and it didn't have the year on it.

Nice but … I purchase four family ornaments every year. I purchased this one for a family of three and my only request to improve this ornament would be to offer the family last name on the ribbon below tree. The print of the names are small, the one they printed in the middle was a little off-center. The first one came broken and the company immediately replaced it with no problem. But the name was still printed the same way. The detail of the ornament itself is done very well.

Wrong item sent By Shopper (North Canton, OH) - October 13, 2022 I ordered a four person personalized ornament and was sent a five person one. It had the four names I asked for, but it also had a blank fifth person. Called customer service; the lady I dealt with was very nice, and understanding. She immediately submitted a refund for me.

Just ok It was cute and it’s a gift for my mom... but the names on my wasn’t like the picture....wish they would have centered the names on hat... they were to high

Names not where they should be Apparently they are rushing these quick turnaround times. The names on my 1st ornament as a family of 4 are awful. I'm so disappointed. Would have been better to have them hand-written from someone on Amazon
