Beautiful ornament By Shopper  (Roeland Park, KS) - October 26, 2023 I love this ornament. It turned out exactly the way I pictured it in the preview. The only disappointment is the packaging. When I ordered a previous ornament it came in a beautiful velvet pouch suitable for gift giving. This ornament came in bubble wrap. I would have loved to have some type of nicer packaging similar to the last one.

Ornament I really like the ornament. However, I think it would have been MUCH better if the name at the bottom was more legible and a bit larger.

Early entry for a new baby! A new Grand Child a Girl was born this year. Technically she was on the planet as of last year! That's why I chose to get it. It's unique as she is too.

. The darker colors show up better. I was pleased with them overall.

Nice gifts These were very nice personalized gifts, and I actually placed 3 separate orders of multiple ornaments. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the etching on one of the orders wasn’t as bright as on the others. So production wasn’t consistent. I can only upload one photo, so the one posted is the one with the lighter etching representative of ornaments in my 2nd order. The other orders were bright as shown on the website. I was happy to get these at a great sale price,

Weird smell but cute design My ornaments arrived quickly. They had a very strong weird chemical smell to them. There was zero communication from the company that my order had shipped, so at least one email or something would be helpful.

better packaging needed By Shopper (IRONDALE, AL) - December 6, 2022 I ordered this ornament on 11/30 and received it 12/5 which I thought was super fast for this time of year. I got the red stain one and the names are all perfect and it is beautiful. However, it was packaged in only a bubble wrap sleeve inside an envelope and when I opened it the tree trunk had snapped off. I just glued it back on but better packaging probably would prevent this from happening. I'm still happy with the product.

The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the wood is thin, a bit delicate. I received 2 of my ornaments broken where trunk meets crown. But the Customer Service was excellent & the company stood by their product, sending a replacement quickly. I will buy more, but may glue the tree onto a piece of cut-out felt for added strength & no worries about breakage because I want to enjoy this personalized beauty for years to come.

Beautiful meaningful gift We created and purchased this family tree as a gift for each set of grands, representing each set of particular grandchildren. Seeing their grandchildren’s names, along with their own, was a hit.
We were also drawn to the natural wood coloring and long term nostalgia.
We did have some challenges with positioning names and trying to squeeze in a high volume, so if you’re a family with multiple grandchildren, you can double up some of the names onto one line. ????

Family tree of life ornament I was a little disappointed since the names and trim were not as pictured with the black lettering to offset the natural wood. Mine came out with a similar color so there wasn’t as much contrast.

Family Tree While the ornaments look amazing, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the shipping process. I paid extra for these to arrive in 5 days & it took 12 days. When tracking it was pretty much ‘lost’ for 7 of those days. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything again.

I ordered twice and my first order came in fine but then a few days later the trunk of the tree broke off of one. Need to get some glue and hope that will work for it.

Great product By Shopper (Austin, TX) - November 20, 2021 Cute ornament and detailed work I really like it. However, the trunk came broken. I think the mistake was on the packing. I had ordered a garden stone as well which is a heavy item, and in the package it came on top of the ornament leading the trunk to break.

Family tree of life personalized ornament I like that there is room for so many names. It came exactly as pictured. It is small ( it is an ornament so size is logical) but the dimensions are given so one knows what to expect. It is thin so one needs to take care when handling/packing. I do like the bag that it comes in, it adds an extra touch. I do think shipping was a bit high for ordering only one. All in all I knew what I was ordering, I knew what to expect, and the item met expectations.

Sweet Nostalgic Ornament By Shopper (Gonzales, LA) - November 20, 2021 The hardest decision was which color to get! I choose red and was pleasantly surprised with how it came out. It has almost a timeless simplicity to it and while I’m sure it will get lost in the shiny, glittery ornaments of today, I feel that its sentimental value will only grow because of our family names “carved” on it. The oldest being my mother’s (age 83) and the youngest grandchild at 1 1/2. I recommend everyone put a date and/or year on it! It will become a favorite to hang on the tree each year. ????

It's pretty The wood this ornament is made out of isn't heavy, so it feels delicate. I had to have a replacement shipped because the first one arrived broken, but customer service was great. Not bad for the sale price I bought it for.

Beautiful but broken… By Shopper (Piedmont, AL) - November 15, 2021 I love the ornament, just what I wanted. However it arrived broken. The company replaced at no cost but the second one arrived broken too! Maybe package in a sturdy box next time? They made it right but now I don’t have time to wait on a replacement and take another chance that it’s broken too! I’ve requested a refund and waiting to hear back. Previous orders from this company have been great and I’m sure they will make this one right too!
